Levi is a highly skilled performance coach with a passion for unlocking the potential of athletes in various sports as well as helping the everyday fitness enthusiast reach their goals. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Levi has established himself as a trusted mentor and advisor to numerous athletes and clients. He has worked with some of the world’s top athletes in football, rugby, badminton, tennis, cricket, motorsport and many more showing he understands and can adapt to the needs of any sport or any goal.

Jack Percival

Jack has over 8 years experience within professional sport, most notably with Tottenham Hotspur from 2018-2022.

He has worked with some of the nations most promising talent within Rugby and football.

A diligent and forward thinking coach, Jack has broad experience within multi-sport settings though is also keen to help recreational athletes perform to their best potential.

Having undertaken a MSc in Strength and Conditioning he is an expert in the reconditioning process post injury.

Sam is an experienced S&C coach with over 9 year experience. He is currently working for the UK Sports Institute working with GB Boxing as well as having working in both professional and semi-professional sports including rugby, basketball, athletics and combat sports.

FAQ

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

In order to see change in your body, lifestyle habits and integrate into your sport it will take at least 90 days but you will feel better almost immediately. Feel confident that you are optimising your time.

WHAT SORTS OF FOOD WILL I NEED TO EAT?

We will be slowly making nutritional changes so that you are not overwhelmed. You will be tracking your calories. There will be no restriction on any food, meaning you still get to enjoy the foods you love.

DO I NEED TO TRAIN DAILY?

You will be provided with a personalised training program via Bridge App that should be performed ideally at least 3 times a week. This could change depending on your workload for the week.

WHAT IF I'M GOING OUT FOR A MEAL AND I CAN'T TRACK MY FOOD?

No sweat, if this is the case we will adjust the nutrition accordingly to keep you on track!

DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT MACRONUTRIENTS?

The only main two areas we will be focussing on is calories & protein to start with. You can integrate your food tracking app with mine so I can see what you are eating. Small steps make big differences!
